Hatchling releases on the sand itself, a few minutes from Bentota's water-sports strip.
A long stretch of sand at Induruwa, a village just south of Bentota, with a turtle conservation project on the beach that incubates eggs bought from fishermen and releases the hatchlings after about 45 days. Quieter than Bentota, with the water-sports strip a short drive north.
