The one beach near Point Pedro that guides single out for swimming when the sea is calm.
A sand beach 1.5 km southeast of the Point Pedro lighthouse, off the B370, at the start of a dune coast that runs some 30 km down the peninsula's east side with dunes up to 30 metres high. Often calm enough for swimming, with a shop nearby for cold drinks.
