The only tall waterfall in this guide inside lowland rainforest — everything else is tea country; this one is jungle end to end.
Narangas Ella drops about 70 meters inside the Kanneliya rainforest northeast of Galle. The walk is roughly 5 km from the forest entrance along an old logging route, and a permit from the conservation centre is required.
