Yaka Andu Ella — On the Adam's Peak pilgrim path

Thousands of pilgrims pass it every season on the night climb — few know the name of the water beside the steps.

Yaka Andu Ella drops about 60 meters beside the Nallathanniya–Sri Pada pilgrim footpath, above the Japanese Peace Pagoda. There is no separate road access; the fall is seen while climbing Adam's Peak.
